Welcome to my practice. I am Rosalyn Graham, an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist
dedicated to providing a compassionate, understanding, and professional therapeutic experience.With qualifications including a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and an ITEC Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology, I bring a well-rounded, holistic approach to my work. My practice is accredited by The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and Ayanay Psychological Accreditation (APA UK) and adheres to their ethical standards and frameworks, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for all my clients.​
My journey into therapy is driven by a deep-seated belief in the transformative power of the
therapeutic relationship. Specializing in adult therapy, I integrate various modalities such as
Person-Centered, Compassion Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Solution Focused Therapy,
Action and commitment Therapy, to tailor each session to your unique needs. My areas of focus
include managing anxiety and depression, navigating the complexities of family relationships, and supporting those coping with neurodiversity, disability, and bereavement.

I provide compassionate support to individuals dealing with grief and emotional pain from losing a loved one. My specialty focuses on helping clients process their grief, find meaning after loss, and navigate the journey of bereavement with empathy and understanding.
